EchoLink + AllStar + Meshtastic + Winlink in one, for licensed hams — and a front door for future hams.

Repeaters and hotspots
Register a node, link it to a channel by number, and keep the control operator in charge. Courtesy tones and CW ID play in the browser from server timing.
Registration available On-air bridges coming soonListen first
You do not need a licence to create an account, listen, or use general rooms and the echo test. Transmitting on amateur channels waits for a verified licence.
AvailableMailbox from RF
Store-and-forward messages addressed to a callsign, including stations that are off the air. Bulletins are public and stay on the network.
Coming soonCallsign email
Verified hams get CALL@qrv.riftly.cloud. Internet mail that is relayed toward RF is third-party traffic and follows the trustee’s rules.
Gateway coming soonARES and EmComm
Priority channel 1999 is on the dial plan. ICS forms, radiograms, and net logging are the next tools, not a promise that this site is an emergency system.
Tools coming soonWhat is here now
- Listener and ham registration, with LoTW, published-email, or moderator verification.
- Web channel client: roster, PTT, text, and ws-relay audio.
- Echo test 9999 — talk and hear yourself. Listeners may use it.
- Node, repeater, and hotspot registration. The API key is shown once.
Coming soon
- Android app beyond the downloadable package: mailbox, dial pad, and signing keys. The release file is qrvnet-android-release.apk.
- AllStar, EchoLink, Meshtastic, and Winlink as peer bridges. QRVnet is the hub; those systems stay themselves.
- Part 90 commercial LMR, under the licensee’s own authorization and separate terms. It is not part of the amateur service.
